- Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made in compliance with our cancellation policy.
- Refund requests made outside the eligible period or in violation of the policy will not be entertained.

Refund Processing
- If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund may take additional time depending on your bank’s policies.

Non-Refundable Cases
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
- In the case of "no-shows," where the customer is unavailable at the service location, no refund will be issued.
