    • Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made in compliance with our cancellation policy.
    • Refund requests made outside the eligible period or in violation of the policy will not be entertained.

    • If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
    • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund may take additional time depending on your bank’s policies.
  3. Non-Refundable Cases

    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
    • In the case of "no-shows," where the customer is unavailable at the service location, no refund will be issued.

    • If you face any issues with the service provided, you can raise a complaint by contacting our support team. Refunds or adjustments in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
