Before Service Provider Confirmation:
You can cancel a booking without any charges if the service provider has not yet confirmed your request.
After Service Provider Confirmation:
If the service provider has already confirmed your booking, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee compensates the service provider for their time and effort.
Last-Minute Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a higher cancellation fee due to inconvenience caused to the service provider.
In rare cases, the assigned service provider may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:
