At Rapify, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our users. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a booking. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand how cancellations are handled on our platform.

1. Cancellation by the User

• Before Service Provider Confirmation:
  You can cancel a booking without any charges if the service provider has not yet confirmed your request.

• After Service Provider Confirmation:
  If the service provider has already confirmed your booking, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee compensates the service provider for their time and effort.

• Last-Minute Cancellations:
  Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a higher cancellation fee due to inconvenience caused to the service provider.

2. Cancellation by the Service Provider

In rare cases, the assigned service provider may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:

• We will notify you immediately.
• We will arrange an alternative service provider as quickly as possible or offer a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.

3. Refund Policy

• If you cancel a booking that qualifies for a refund (as per the above rules), the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• In the case of non-refundable cancellations (e.g., last-minute cancellations), no refund will be provided.
